Describe how your fund(s) avoid investments in companies that do harm to the environment and/or society for issues important to the New Zealand public (see Mindful Money’s methodology). Include information on:
- Policies to avoid investing in companies that do harm, including clear definitions of exclusion criteria, materiality and thresholds for divestment
- The proportion of investments across the fund that are under ethical/impact investment management and, for managed funds, how ethical investment policies are applied to external funds with pooled mandates
- For funds other than managed retail funds, include a listing of investments (ideally to 31 March 2024) and, where available, a description of their core business (this may be provided through a link to a website or report).

Describe the extent to which your investment fund portfolio includes companies that create positive social and/or environmental benefits. The following may be difficult to answer if the fund is new, so you can talk about your plans or the track record of a related fund where past information is not available. Include details on:
- Strategy: A short statement describing your strategy for investments in positive impact, including target returns and criteria for investment.
- Scope of Impact: % of portfolio in positive impact investments, in sectors (eg. renewable energy) or SDGs or other categories
- Scale of positive impact: A list of the top 3 investments in positive impact, with an explanation about the company and the scale of its impact in relation to the company (this can be a link to an impact or sustainability report).
- Extent of Contribution: For those 3 companies, add whether they are listed or unlisted, and the contribution from your investment (eg. assistance with capital raising, substantial management support, or finance only).
- Plans: Your plans for further positive impact investing (eg. target level as % portfolio).

1. Outline your policy on engagement on ethical issues, including thresholds for when to undertake engagement, escalation criteria and when to divest from the company; for managed funds, whether NZ Stewardship Code signatory.
2. For investors in listed companies, outline public disclosure of voting record on ESG issues (include URL), and supporting information:
> policy and/or guidelines for voting on ESG issues
> proportion of votes for and against management on ESG issues
> proportion of listed equities in the portfolio voted by value
For investors in private markets, please describe the information on ESG that is shared with investors or the public.
